Yes. There is a processing fee of £3.00 per ticket for standing concerts & £2.40 per ticket for all other shows.
Standard Postage is £2.00, Recorded Delivery is £3.95 and Special Delivery is £6.00

An event has been cancelled, what should I do?
We ask that you return your tickets to us and we shall refund the face value of the ticket to the card that you used to pay. If tickets are not returned, then no refund will be sanctioned. |

What age does a Child price become an Adult price?
16, this is applicable for all shows that for all shows that specify a Child's price. |
